BETACIN-N (EYE, EAR, NASAL) contains Betamethasone + Neomycin. It is a combination corticosteroid and antibiotic preparation used to treat bacterial infections associated with inflammation of the eyes, ears, and nasal passages.
Uses:
- Treatment of bacterial eye infections with inflammation
- Treatment of bacterial ear infections with inflammation
- Treatment of inflammatory nasal conditions with bacterial infection
- Relief of redness, swelling, and irritation caused by susceptible bacterial infections
Dose:
- Eye: Instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) 3–4 times daily or as directed by a physician
- Ear: Instill 2–3 drops into the affected ear 3–4 times daily or as directed by a physician
- Nasal: Instill 2–3 drops into each nostril 2–3 times daily or as directed by a physician
