DLAC 3.35 gm/5 ml Syrup contains Lactulose 3.35 gm/5 ml, an osmotic laxative used to treat constipation and to help reduce high ammonia levels in certain liver diseases.
Lactulose is a synthetic sugar that works by drawing water into the bowel, making stools softer and easier to pass. It also helps reduce the absorption of ammonia from the intestine in patients with liver-related conditions.
