LARB 25 mg Tablet contains Losartan Potassium 25 mg. It is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) used for the treatment of hypertension and for protecting kidney function in patients with type 2 diabetes and proteinuria.

Uses:

Treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension).
Protection of kidney function in patients with type 2 diabetes and proteinuria.
Reduction of the risk of stroke in certain patients with hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy.
Management of heart failure when appropriate.

Dose:

Take the dose exactly as prescribed by a physician.
Usually taken once daily, with or without food.
Swallow the tablet whole with water and take it at the same time each day.
The dose and duration of treatment should be adjusted according to the patient's condition, blood pressure, and response to therapy.
