ALPRAX 0.5 MG TABLET contains Alprazolam 0.5 mg. It is a benzodiazepine anxiolytic medicine used for the treatment of anxiety disorders and panic disorder.

Uses:

Treatment of anxiety disorders.
Short-term relief of anxiety symptoms.
Management of anxiety associated with depression.
Treatment of panic disorder, with or without agoraphobia.

Dose:

Take the dose exactly as prescribed by a physician.
Usually started with 0.25–0.5 mg three times daily, depending on the patient's condition and response.
Take the tablet with or without food and swallow with water.
The dose and duration of treatment should be adjusted according to the patient's clinical condition. Do not stop the medicine abruptly without medical advice.
