CEREVAS 5 MG Tablet contains Vinpocetine 5 mg. It is a cerebral vasodilator and cognitive enhancer that improves brain circulation, boosts glucose and oxygen consumption in brain tissues, and protects neuronal cells from ischemic damage.

Uses:

Management of acute and chronic cerebrovascular disorders (e.g., ischemic stroke, cerebral thrombosis, transient ischemic attack, cerebral arteriosclerosis).
Relief of cognitive and psychosomatic symptoms in the elderly due to cerebral insufficiency (e.g., memory loss, slow thinking, lack of concentration, dizziness).
Treatment of vascular disorders affecting vision (e.g., macular degeneration, retinal thrombosis) and hearing/inner ear disorders (e.g., tinnitus, Meniere's disease, presbycusis).

Dose:

Adults: Usually 1 to 2 tablets (5 mg to 10 mg) taken 3 times daily, with maintenance doses often being 1 tablet (5 mg) 3 times daily.
