TORCIN 0.3% Eye Ointment 3 g contains Tobramycin 0.3%. It is an aminoglycoside antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections of the eye by inhibiting the growth of susceptible bacteria.

Uses:

Treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis
Treatment of blepharitis and blepharoconjunctivitis caused by susceptible bacteria
Treatment of other superficial bacterial eye infections
Prevention of bacterial eye infections after ocular procedures (as prescribed)

Dose:

Adults and children: Apply a small ribbon (about 1–1.5 cm) of ointment inside the affected eye(s) 2–3 times daily for mild to moderate infections, or as directed by a physician.
For severe infections, it may be applied more frequently initially, then reduced as the condition improves.
Wash hands before and after application.
Avoid touching the tube tip to the eye or any surface to prevent contamination.
Complete the full course of treatment even if symptoms improve earlier.
