ROSUTIN 5mg Tablet contains Rosuvastatin Calcium equivalent to Rosuvastatin 5 mg. It is a statin (HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor) medicine used for lowering high cholesterol and reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Uses:

Treatment of primary hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol)
Treatment of mixed dyslipidemia (abnormal blood lipid levels)
Reduction of LDL cholesterol and triglyceride levels
Increase in HDL cholesterol levels
Prevention of cardiovascular diseases such as heart attack and stroke in high-risk patients

Dose:

Usually 5–40 mg once daily, or as prescribed by the physician
Can be taken with or without food
Take the tablet at the same time each day
Dose should be adjusted according to cholesterol level, treatment response, and physician's advice
