SEROQUET ER 50mg Tablet contains Quetiapine Fumarate 50 mg (Extended Release). It is an atypical antipsychotic used to treat schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and as an adjunct treatment for major depressive disorder in adults.

Uses:

Schizophrenia
Bipolar disorder (manic and depressive episodes)
Maintenance treatment of bipolar disorder
Adjunctive treatment of major depressive disorder (as prescribed)

Dose:

Usually 50 mg once daily, with the dose adjusted gradually as directed by a doctor.
Swallow the extended-release tablet whole; do not crush, chew, or split.
Can be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day.
Do not stop taking the medicine suddenly without medical advice.
