Uses:

Treatment of schizophrenia
Management of acute manic or mixed episodes associated with bipolar disorder
Maintenance treatment of bipolar disorder as directed by a physician
Treatment of irritability associated with autistic disorder

Dose:

Adults: Dose is individualized based on the condition being treated and patient response
Usually started at a lower dose and gradually adjusted by the physician
