OROXAT 70MG TABLET contains Alendronate Sodium 70 mg. It is a bisphosphonate medicine used to prevent and treat osteoporosis by helping increase bone strength and reduce the risk of fractures.
Uses:
Treats osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.
Helps increase bone mineral density.
Reduces the risk of bone fractures.
Helps treat osteoporosis caused by long-term steroid use.
Dose:
Usually taken as a 70 mg tablet once weekly or as directed by a physician.
Take on an empty stomach with a full glass of plain water.
Do not lie down for at least 30 minutes after taking the tablet.
