BINOCLAR 500mg Tablet contains Clarithromycin 500 mg. It is a macrolide antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis and stopping bacterial growth.

Uses:

Treatment of respiratory tract infections.
Treatment of throat and tonsil infections.
Treatment of ear, nose, and throat infections.
Treatment of skin and soft tissue infections.
Treatment of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection associated with peptic ulcers (usually in combination with other medicines).
