TRIOCIM DS 200mg/5ml suspension 50ml contains Cefixime 200 mg/5 ml. It is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections caused by susceptible microorganisms.

Uses:

Treatment of respiratory tract infections.
Treatment of urinary tract infections (UTIs).
Treatment of ear, nose, and throat (ENT) infections.
Treatment of typhoid fever and other susceptible bacterial infections.

Dose:

Children: Usually 8 mg/kg/day as a single dose or in two divided doses, or as directed by a physician.
Adults (if prescribed): Dose depends on the severity of infection and the physician's recommendation.
Shake the suspension well before each use.
