NEUGALIN 50 mg is a capsule containing pregabalin 50 mg. It is used to treat neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, and as an adjunctive therapy for partial-onset seizures.

Uses:

Treatment of peripheral neuropathic pain
Treatment of central neuropathic pain
Management of fibromyalgia
Adjunctive treatment of partial-onset seizures in adults
Management of generalized anxiety disorder (where approved and as directed by a physician)

Dose:

Adults: Usually 150 mg to 600 mg daily in 2–3 divided doses, depending on the condition being treated
Initial dose may start at 50 mg to 75 mg two or three times daily, depending on the condition and as directed by a physician
Dose should be adjusted based on individual response and kidney function
May be taken with or without food
Do not stop the medicine abruptly; discontinue gradually as directed by a physician
