DIMEROL MR 30 mg Tablet contains Gliclazide 30 mg (Modified Release), an oral antidiabetic medicine used to control blood sugar levels in people with Type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Gliclazide belongs to the sulfonylurea group of diabetes medicines. It works by stimulating the pancreas to release insulin and helps reduce high blood glucose levels.
The modified-release (MR) formulation releases the medicine slowly over time, helping maintain more stable blood sugar control throughout the day.
