Description:
TELFIN 250mg Tablet contains Terbinafine Hydrochloride 250 mg. It is an oral antifungal medicine (allylamine class) used to treat fungal infections.
Uses:
- Fungal infections of nails (onychomycosis)
- Ringworm infections (tinea corporis)
- Athlete’s foot (tinea pedis)
- Jock itch (tinea cruris)
- Other dermatophyte fungal infections
Dose:
- Usually 250 mg once daily or as directed by a doctor.
- Can be taken with or without food.
- Swallow the tablet whole with water.
- Treatment duration depends on the type and severity of infection.
- Liver function monitoring may be required during prolonged treatment.
