Description:
UNIFARIN 2mg Tablet contains Warfarin Sodium 2 mg. It is an oral anticoagulant (vitamin K antagonist) used to prevent and treat blood clots.
Uses:
- Prevents deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
- Treats pulmonary embolism (PE)
- Reduces stroke risk in atrial fibrillation
- Prevents clot formation in patients with mechanical heart valves
