Description:
ESORAL MUPS 40MG TABLET contains Esomeprazole 40 mg. It is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) medicine in a Multiple Unit Pellet System (MUPS) formulation, used to reduce stomach acid production and treat acid-related disorders of the digestive system.
Uses:
Treats gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
Treats gastric and duodenal ulcers.
Helps heal erosive esophagitis.
Helps prevent ulcers associated with long-term NSAID use.
Dose:
Take as directed by a registered physician.
The usual adult dose is 40 mg once daily, depending on the condition being treated.
Swallow the MUPS tablet whole with water or disperse it in water as instructed. Do not crush or chew the pellets.
The dose and duration of treatment should be determined by your physician.
